Without the title of being a “physical therapist”, I am many things, but sometimes it takes me some time to process what all those things are. My whole life I have always loved teaching. When I was little, I even convinced the kids in my neighborhood to do assignments for me outside of school and I would grade them. Little did I know then how much being a physical therapist was just another form of a teacher. A few years ago, my church was doing a message on people in the Bible and being a “pioneer” was one label that was identified. A pioneer is someone who goes before others, who takes steps into areas that many other people have not gone. I feel like this has been written on my life and is a huge part of who I am. I have a passion for starting new things, new friendships, trying new food and traveling to new places.

#withoutthewhitecoat I am a wife, a friend, a lover of fitness, a foodie, and a follower of Jesus.
