Art is a visual representation of emotion, hope, dreams, passion, doubt, conflict…A hobby since childhood, it was always an escape from reality, to be able to dream on paper. As I have gotten older, I have come to appreciate its power to depict truth. It is unencumbered by language, rationale or conformity. It is an expression of your truest being. So, when I am not practicing medicine, I enjoy getting lost in the wilderness of my imagination – and depicting some of those journeys on paper.
